The Guest House

Nestled in Westcliff, one of Hermanus’s most picturesque areas, Beluga House offers an idyllic escape. Enjoy stunning whale watching from the scenic Cliff Path across the street, all while being just a 5-minute walk from the town center.

All our en-suite rooms are conveniently located on the ground level. At Beluga House, we blend stylish Scandinavian design with the relaxed ambiance of South Africa, creating a sense of casual luxury.

The centerpiece of our guest house is the private 5×10 meter swimming pool, complemented by two smaller 3×6 meter pools. One smaller pool is exclusive for guests of The Villa, while the other two are available for your enjoyment. Take a refreshing dip, play with the pool toys, or relax on one of the sun loungers.

The decking and garden area by the pools provide a perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure. Whether you want to relax by the lemon tree with a book or challenge your travel partner to a game of Backgammon, we have a book exchange and various games available at Reception.

As the sun sets, our cozy outdoor room is an ideal setting for a chat over a glass of wine from our local valley. Our “honesty bar” is always stocked for your convenience.
